Web Developers Based in the Greater Vancouver (BC) Area, Canada Only We are looking for a talented Web Developer to join our team, primarily focused on the implementation and support of Odoo ERP/CRM software. This role involves both Functional and Technical responsibilities, leveraging your skills to adapt business requirements into tailored software solutions.
* This position is to work on-site, for this reason, we are only considering applications from those who reside in the Greater Vancouver Area.
Responsibilities
• Comprehend project scope and conduct a thorough analysis of business needs.• Deploy ERP software solutions that align with business objectives:
• Outline, estimate, and manage project tasks and timelines.
• Install and set up necessary modules.
• Customize modules using various implementation tools.
• Handle data migration, including import/export processes.
• Develop specifications and collaborate closely with developers.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle:
• Lead kickoff and follow-up meetings with users.
• Train and support end-users effectively.
Must Have
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Kotlin.• Preferably, experience developing custom Odoo addons.
• Comfortable working with web technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Strong communication skills, both with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with team members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new skills.
• Accounting knowledge is a plus.
